Does FileJoker Premium work with JDownloader 2?

Yes, full support. No captcha, resume works, and you can queue multiple links at once. We tested it ourselves with both JDownloader 2 and IDM — see the speed test screenshots in our review.

How fast is FileJoker Premium, really?

On our own 500 Mbps connection, a single download ran at a steady 11–12 MB/s. That’s roughly 100x faster than a free account, but it’s capped per connection rather than maxing out a fast line.

The real gain comes from parallel downloads. Since Premium allows unlimited simultaneous downloads, we queued three files in JDownloader and saw the combined speed average 37 MB/s, peaking at 38 MB/s. What’s the difference between Premium and Premium VIP?

Just traffic. Premium gives you 60 GB every 5 days; VIP gives you 300 GB every 5 days. Speed, resume support, and JDownloader compatibility are identical on both. VIP only makes sense if you regularly download more than 12 GB a day. See the full pricing breakdown for plan details.

Can I resume a download if my connection drops?

Yes. Premium supports resuming both in-browser and inside download managers. Free accounts can’t resume at all — if the connection drops, you start over from zero.

Is there a daily traffic limit?

Not a daily one, but there is a rolling 5-day limit. On standard Premium, 60 GB every 5 days works out to about 12 GB a day on average. Once you hit the cap, you’ll need to wait for the next reset. It’s a bit different from the usual “monthly limit” model, but it’s generous if you spread your downloads out — and VIP exists for anyone who needs more.

Is FileJoker safe? Can I get a virus from a download?

Files are scanned when uploaded, but no scanning system catches everything. Always run your own antivirus check, especially on executables or archives from sources you don’t fully trust.

What payment methods does FileJoker accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Bitcoin, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, WebMoney, Paysafe, and bank transfer. If none of those work for you, verified resellers on the site also sell voucher codes.

Is there a working promo code for FileJoker?

Can I cancel auto-renewal?

Yes. Log into your FileJoker account, open billing settings, and turn off auto-renewal. Your current plan stays active until it expires — no early cancellation fees.

Does FileJoker have a mobile app?

Yes. Premium users can manage uploads, downloads, and account settings through the official FileJoker mobile app.

Should I get Premium or stick with free?
